Brian is an experienced programme development and management officer with a track in government, startups and creative industries, project management, research and performing arts. After pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in major in History and minor in Political Science from 2008 - 2012 at the University of Philippines, he served as a legislative officer at the Philippine House of Representatives from 2012-2013 involved with drafting legislative bills. He then worked as a high school teacher in the Department of History of Ateneo de Manila. He then pursued Choreomundus, an International Master in Dance Knowledge, Practice and Heritage between 2014 - 2016 focusing on dance diplomacy, identity, and representation. Currently, he is working as a Programs Chief for the Trade and Investments Promotion Group of the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry. He is also a member of the London-based Filipino dance company called Lahing Kayumanggi Dance Company.
