Research
Choreomundus alumna, Ana Stojanovic, is continuing her research in the PhD program in Culture and Performance at University of California / UCLA. In her own words she is planning to continue studying 'the complex relationships between dance/longing, body/memories, past/present, reality/imagination, since it can give an immense contribution to expanding interpretations and evaluations of the politics of memory. The aim of the research is based on developing a critical understanding of the potentials and limitations of the body, dance and movement practices as the potent vehicles to bring nostalgia and a sense of a specific Yugoslav continuity.'
