Currently holding the position of Secretary of the CAA, Natasa has acquired her dancer titles and teacher certificates from the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (I.S.T.D., UK) and the Royal Academy of Dance (R.A.D., UK) in the genres of Classical Ballet, Modern Theatre, and Tap. After obtaining her BA in Sociology from Panteion University, she completed her MA in Dance, making her the first Greek scholarship holder of Choreomundus: International Master in Dance Knowledge, Practice, and Heritage. Natasha has been teaching dance from a young age and taking part in numerous seminars and workshops of African dance, rhythm tap, hip hop, contemporary dance, body percussion, body music and flamenco. For the past 7 years she has been focusing on body music and tap dance. Her research interests revolve around percussive dances, travelling dance cultures, migration identities,and the Nigerian Yorùbá people. In 2013 she conducted research in southwest Nigeria on the relationships between the dance and language of the Yorùbá.
